Big Ten ranking: No. 4
Three highest-rated signees/commits
Demeioun Robinson, WDE, 6-3, 220, Gaithersburg, Md.

It may have taken longer than expected, but coach Mike Locksley is starting to catch some serious momentum with a handful of the nation’s best Mid-Atlantic prospects. The Terrapins are up this year’s national rankings, thanks in large part to them landing two of the best in-state recruits in Maryland. Robinson, the No. 4-ranked weak-side defensive end, and Tommy Akingbesote, among the top 20 defensive tackles nationally, could make the Terps’ defensive front one of the units in the Big Ten for the next couple of years.
