Nats slugger Kyle Schwarber has been one of the best hitters in baseball this season, but now his season will be put on hold as he suffered an injury during Friday’s loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Nationals manager Dave Martinez told reporters yesterday that Schwarber will miss an extended period of time with a “significant” hamstring strain.
