KYLE KUZMA CLEANED UP (24, 7 AND 2) FOR WIZ IN LOSS TO RAPS

By Lewis Gould

Kyle Kuzma finished last night’s 113-108 Wiz loss to the Raptors with 24 points (8-of-12 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and six 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

Expected to start at the small forward position once Rui Hachimura (personal reasons) is available, Kuzma began Tuesday’s game at the four.

And he played quite well, shooting 6-of-8 from three and picking up the slack for an ineffective Bradley Beal (7/5/6/1/1 with one 3-pointer on 1-of-11 shooting from the field).

Regardless of which position Kuzma is asked to man once the regular season begins, he won’t lack for opportunities to put up shots.
